In 2006, our client opened it’s state-of-the-art production plant in West Point, Georgia. Since then, the site has created more than 14,000 jobs and produced more than 2.7 million vehicles. Prior to onset of the pandemic, candidates were lining up to join this incredible team.
BUSINESS PROBLEM
Due to COVID-19, supply shortages, and the most challenging labor market seen in years, the client was in need of quickly adding 200+ full-time employees.

THE SOLUTION
The solution proposed was RPO. This individualized plan was written to take over end-to-end recruitment, acting as the client, taking over advertising, sourcing, screening, hiring, onboarding, compliance, and paperwork, all under the client brand name. THE RESULTS
The client was averaging 48 applications per week for the Direct Hire efforts prior to engaging Malone’s RPO services. Once the Malone RPO process was implemented, applications increased over 300%, averaging 145 applications per week. With the increased candidate pool, coupled with improved interviewing and onboarding methods, Malone reduced time to hire by 50%. This reduction in time from application to start, boosted both candidate and employee satisfaction and reduced overall employee turnover for the client. Due to the success the client experienced from reaching their goals, the contract was extended an additional 2 weeks to add an additional 100 headcount.
