Tim Malone is truly an entrepreneur at heart. Before joining the family business in 1998, he owned a profitable flooring company. At Malone, Tim has increased sales substantially and acquired or started several other companies. He believes that Malone is nothing without customer service. He aims to create a work environment where everyone works together for the greater goal of business and life success. Tim is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University. He’s a big fan of all kinds of music and loves to golf, fish, and spend time with family.
Terry Malone and his twin brother Ted are the youngest of all the Malone brothers. Originally from Louisville, Terry earned a Bachelor’s in Communications at Western Kentucky University. He continued his education at the University of Louisville, where he received his MBA. Terry joined Malone in 1992 to help grow the business and branch out into other ventures. In his spare time, Terry enjoys traveling, golf, sports, animals, reading, and music. He plays drums in a local band and is an avid dog walker.
Dawn Meyers has been Chief Executive Officer since 2021. Dawn’s overall responsibility is to expand Malone’s geographic reach and ensure Malone is at the leading edge of talent acquisition. Prior to this role, she was the COO, VP of Operations, and Director of Operations for Malone’s Commercial Staffing Division. Dawn has 20 years of experience in the staffing industry with specific expertise in the implementation of technologies that drive efficiency and growth in the operations of the organization.
Meet our VP of Sales, Court Donnell. Court joined Malone in 2014 as National Sales Director and Major Account Sales Director. He has since taken on the role of VP of Sales, with responsibility for expanding and growing Malone’s footprint nationally through his team of Sales Managers.
Before joining Malone, Court worked as a staffing professional for over 20 years and even ran his own staffing business. Court is passionate about sports (go Colts!) and traveling to Seaside, FL as much as possible. Court loves to quote The Office, specifically, “I’m not superstitious, I’m just a little stitious.”
Erin Adams has been part of the Malone family since 2011 and has been a key player in our growth as a company. In 2014, she was named Controller—but that doesn’t mean she’s all business. If there is a joke to be told or a laugh to be had, Erin will be involved!
Erin holds an Accounting Degree from the University of Louisville. She oversees our accounting and payroll teams, manages and reports on all financials, and develops long-term financial plans and goals for the company.
When she’s not bringing loudness and laughter to our hallways, Erin can be found working out and spending time with her family. She loves to visit Mexico and Key West as often as possible. An avid gym enthusiast, this quote best describes Erin’s work ethic: “A dream doesn’t become reality through magic. It takes sweat, determination and hard work” – Colin Powell
Joshua joined Malone in 2022 as the new President of the Healthcare and Government divisions. With over 16 years of experience in the industry, Joshua is passionate about healthcare, business development, mentoring, scalability, entrepreneurship, acquisitions, travel, investing, history, art, cuisine, sporting events, and time with family. Johnston and his family reside in Omaha, NE and are committed donors and patrons to various organizations throughout the Omaha community.
Did you ever see a dancing monkey in front of an apartment complex in the early 2000’s? If so, chances are you saw Tori Malone. Tori is the Regional Vice President for the Central Kentucky region and is responsible for expanding Malone’s regional presence through excellent customer service, consultative partnership, and cutting-edge recruitment. Prior to this role, she spent 6 years in Branch Operations and On-Site Management, she started in the business by way of dancing banana for a recruitment marketing company. Tori has a passion for customer service—and it shows! She works closely with the Executive Leadership team to ensure that Malone maintains its reputation of excellence and integrity.
Tori holds a BA in English from Spring Hill College. She’s also a mom of three who loves tennis. When she’s not working hard at her day job, you can find Tori listening to all kinds of music from Snoop Dogg to Dave Matthews Band or enjoying the beach with her family. Being a southern gal, Tori relates to this quote by Reese Witherspoon: “All we can do to create change is work hard. That’s my advice: just do what you do well”.
If you hear music, you can always count on Christy Hilyer to be dancing to it. Christy, our resident Dancing Queen, started with the Malone team in 2011 as an Area Branch Manager of our Georgia and Alabama offices. In 2013, she was promoted to Regional Vice President of the Southeast Region. Christy has grown her strategic client partnerships while achieving budget profitability and allocating resources accordingly to yield the best ROI. Christy has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Operations, and the Staffing Industry with specific expertise with large client management.
Her passions include animals—she has 3 dogs and a sneaky cat!—as well as simplification and being confident in her own judgment and decisions. She loves traveling, hiking, shopping, and rock & roll music. Christy’s favorite motto is “I don’t want to be better than you or her or him – I want to be better than I am right now”.
Meet the former lead singer of a band called Ham Sandwich who is now an HR superstar. Glenda Armes joined the Malone team as Director of Human Resources in 2021. She is responsible for developing and executing the company’s human resources strategy in support of the business plan. Glenda started her career in staffing in 2011 and has also worked as an HR Business Partner for a financial services company, and as an HR consultant for small to medium-sized businesses in a variety of industries. She holds an MBA from Florida International University and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management.
Glenda loves getting involved in the community and helping others. She is passionate about leadership coaching and employee relations, which gives her a unique perspective on how companies can make employees feel valued (and not just like “another number”!). Glenda loves singing, dancing, wine, and great food. Her favorite travel destinations have been Hong Kong, France and her native Ecuador! According to Glenda, she lives by the quote: “Success isn’t just about what you accomplish in your life; it’s about what you inspire others to do.” Unknown
Have you ever wanted to buy a 100-year-old farmhouse with a dozen chihuahuas, a pig, some chickens, and barn cats? Well, meet Bobby Wilburn, who is living his best life on his very own farm. Bobby joined Malone as the Virtual Recruitment Resource Manager in 2020, overseeing the Virtual Recruitment Team, Branch Support Team, and our Near Shore Call Center Team. Recently, Bobby has taken on the role of Regional Vice President over the Indiana and Western Kentucky Regions.
Bobby has 10 years in the staffing industry with expertise in the light industrial recruiting sector. He loves helping others by investing in our communities and giving back by charity work. A professional goal of his is to expand his territory across the whole state of IN. He also enjoys working on his farm, home renovations, and animals! When Bobby isn’t busy working, you’ll find him listening to country music or classic rock—or going on vacation somewhere in Mexico or Florida. Bobby’s favorite quote is by Mark Twain, “Never regret anything that made you smile”.
Have you ever heard of a farrier? They’re the people who shoe horses! Well, we’re lucky to have one on our team. Kelley Cure-Anderson is the Vice President of Malone’s Onsite Division. Kelley oversees the growth of the onsite division across the US. Prior to that, Kelley was a Regional Vice President for our Chicago Market.
Kelley has 10 years of experience in staffing and over 17 years in sales, management, and customer service. Her passions include horses (obviously, she’s a farrier!), spending time with her three kids and husband, traveling to Key West, and listening to Post Malone and country music. Quoting the great Muhammad Ali, Kelley believes in the philosophy, “Don’t count the days, make the days count”.
Elizabeth Latham is the Director of Virtual Recruitment and is responsible for leading the operational fulfillment and strategic direction for our Virtual Recruitment Division, Professional Search Division, and Internal Recruitment Team. As an expert in the recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) field, she also has direct oversight in the growth, expansion, and service delivery of Malone’s RPO vertical. She plays a key role in ensuring a positive client experience through the client management of Malone’s national clients and MSP partners. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor’s degree with a major in Corporate Communication from the University of Kentucky.
Outside of work, Elizabeth loves spending time with her family and friends—especially when they’re at the beach or on vacation together! She’s never missed a Christmas spent at the beach (and doesn’t plan to anytime soon). She loves to travel—even lived in Spain during college—and has run in four half marathons so far. Elizabeth stands by the statement, “There is no substitution for hard work”.
If there’s a microphone, you can almost guarantee Kristen Schweizer will be talking into it. Whether it’s presenting at a conference or performing horrible karaoke at a dive bar, she loves to own the stage. Kristen is the Director of Operations for Malone and joined the corporate team in 2018. Kristen oversees the IT, Marketing, and Operations departments and is responsible for driving and executing the company’s vision and mission through operations, marketing, systems, and process management.
Kristen graduated from the University of Louisville with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and earned her Master’s Degree in Conflict Resolution from Sullivan. She is passionate about keeping Malone’s technology and marketing up to date and cutting edge, pulling pranks on her coworkers, and rearranging office furniture (really, she does it all the time). Kristen is completely obsessed with her two dogs, her niece and nephews, and excelling at any sort of trivia game. She lives by the mantra, “Wherever you are, be all there”.
