EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
With peak season right around the corner, Arvato Supply Chain Solutions found themselves in a unique staffing situation. Experiencing underperformance from their current staffing vendors, Arvato knew they needed to quickly find an exceptional staffing partner to help them meet production goals.

THE CHALLENGE
Ensure every shift is fully staffed to meet production goals

After meeting with Arvato, Malone concluded that their staffing struggles were due to a combination of low pay rates and little engagement from their current staffing vendors. The Malone team recognized the importance of eliminating Arvato’s concerns and began building a recruiting strategy that would provide open communication and transparency as well as incentivize their open positions despite the low pay rate.

After recruiting efforts ramped up, Malone provided a dedicated onsite team member that further improved management of the recruiting process.
