Warehouse Operator (Repack) – Weekend Shift
Location: Walesboro, IN
Pay: $16.00/hour
Schedule: Weekend Only | 8-hour shifts
Language Requirement: Must be fluent in English
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Position Overview
We are seeking dependable Warehouse Operators for a weekend-only shift with a client in the Walesboro area specializing in automotive parts and storage.
This role focuses on repack operations and material handling in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Set up returnable pallets for repack operations
- Verify labels and ensure correct returnable materials are used
- Remove old tags, packing slips, banding, lids, plastic bags, and caps
- Inspect parts for damage, defects, and deformities
- Verify part numbers and production dates
- Repack materials into containers
- Stack and unstack returnable materials
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
This is a physical position that involves frequent bending, stooping, walking, lifting, and standing.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in English
- Must be available to work weekends only
- Must have reliable attendance
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Ability to follow directions and work efficiently
- Strong attention to detail
Benefits (Upon Hire-On)
- Benefits available 60 days after conversion
