Filling open positions at your company can be a challenge, but it can feel even more trying when faced with a high volume of half-finished applications. Since you can’t accurately screen them, you’re either forced to eliminate these candidates or spend valuable time tracking them down, to see if they’d like to complete the process.
Some candidates are simply lazy, while others might realize partway through the application that the job isn’t a good fit. However, it’s very possible people are giving up because the submission process is flawed.
