Maintenance Technician
*Location: Dublin, OH (43016)
*Pay: Starting at $25/hr with possibility to go higher for the right amount of experience
*Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm (some overtime possible)
*Direct Hire for experienced candidates! (TTH possible for more jr. candidates)

Key Responsibilities
*Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on a wide range of industrial manufacturing equipment.
*Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and other industrial systems.
*Diagnose equipment issues and identify the root cause of mechanical and electrical failures.
*Maintain and repair equipment including stamping presses, furnaces, shears, and other heavy manufacturing machinery.
*Troubleshoot PLCs and automated equipment as needed.
*Troubleshoot motors, sensors, controls, relays, contactors, electrical panels, and related components.
*Perform mechanical repairs, equipment adjustments, and component replacements.
*Work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
*Perform welding, machining, fabrication, and other hands-on repairs as needed.
*Perform preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and improve equipment reliability.
*Work independently to diagnose and resolve equipment problems while collaborating with the maintenance team and other departments.
*Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
*Document maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment issues as required.
Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience maintaining industrial equipment. The position is approximately 75% mechanical, so candidates with a strong mechanical background are particularly encouraged to apply.
Minimum Requirements:
- 3 years’ experience working in a maintenance setting, preferably in manufacturing
- Experience working on Industrial Machinery, Robots, and Packaging Equipment
- Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
