Position Overview
Malone Solutions is hiring an Assembly Associate for a client in the Seymour, IN area.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, motivated, and interested in growing into a Team Lead position. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attendance, a positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to take initiative.
Job Duties

Assemble and package products according to specifications

Follow work instructions and production procedures

Inspect products for quality and accuracy

Assist with organizing materials and maintaining an efficient work area

Meet daily production and quality expectations

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Assist with training and supporting team members as responsibilities increase

Perform additional duties as assigned
Team Lead Growth Opportunity

Requirements

Previous assembly or warehouse experience preferred, but not required
