Now Hiring – Merchandiser (Driving Required)
Location: Romeoville, IL (Routes throughout Downtown Chicago)
Pay: $20–$22/hour
Schedule: Monday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Position Overview:
We are seeking reliable and motivated Merchandisers to service popular energy drink retail locations throughout the City of Chicago. This role involves driving your own vehicle to assigned routes, stocking and maintaining product displays, and building strong relationships with store managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service assigned merchandising routes across Chicago
- Stock, rotate, and maintain product displays to company standards
- Ensure proper inventory levels and product freshness
- Complete daily reporting using a mobile app (MIS surveys)
- Maintain clean and organized displays and equipment
- Communicate with the sales team regarding inventory and opportunities
- Build professional relationships with store personnel
- Monitor competitor activity and report insights
Requirements:
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid car insurance
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Comfortable working in Downtown Chicago (including parking)
- Ability to use smartphone apps for reporting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed
- Must be 18+ years old
- High School Diploma or GED
- Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
