Office Coordinator Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately
- Answer and route incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Assist with coordination of company events, meetings, and conferences
- Liaise with building management and vendors for maintenance and repairs
Office Coordinator Job Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in office administration a plus

Previous experience in a receptionist or office coordinator role is required

Strong multitasking and time management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient with Google tools (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and Microsoft Office

Strong attention to detail and a customer-service mindset

Must be able to sit/stand for extended periods and lift/move light objects as needed
