We are looking for Maintenance Technicians in Indianapolis, IN.
The Perks:
- Sign-on Bonus of $3000
- Competitive Starting Pay of up to $35 per hour based on experience, plus an additional $1 per hour for 3rd shift
The Details:
These individuals install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, physical structures, and pipe, electrical and hydraulic systems. Qualified candidates must have filler operator, pasteurizer, and batching experience. Current openings are on 3rd shift.
The Responsibilities:
- Complete mechanical repairs and makes adjustments as needed.
- Perform preventative maintenance on all machinery as assigned.
- Successfully troubleshoot mechanical problems.
- Complete welding and fabrication tasks with little direction.
- Shift hours are 6:00PM-6:00 AM
- 2-2-3 Work Schedule, which involves a pattern where employees work for two days, have two days off, work for three days, and then have two days off again
Desired Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2 years of related experience in can or bottle production
