    Office Coordinator Job Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the first point of contact for guests, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately
    • Answer and route incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
    • Assist with coordination of company events, meetings, and conferences
    • Liaise with building management and vendors for maintenance and repairs

    Office Coordinator Job Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in office administration a plus

    • Previous experience in a receptionist or office coordinator role is required

    • Strong multitasking and time management skills

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Proficient with Google tools (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and Microsoft Office

    • Strong attention to detail and a customer-service mindset

    • Must be able to sit/stand for extended periods and lift/move light objects as needed
