Job Summary
Malone Workforce Solutions is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Corrugate Technicians to join our team at a busy distribution and production facility in Etna, OH!
In this role, you will support daily operations by handling corrugate materials, maintaining production flow, and ensuring materials are properly processed and organized. The ideal candidate is hardworking, safety-conscious, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment.
We have two available shifts to choose from!
Shift Options
- Shift 1: Sunday – Wednesday | 5:30 PM – 5:00 AM
- Shift 2: Wednesday – Saturday | 5:30 PM – 5:00 AM
Pay $17.44
Job Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor corrugate processing equipment as assigned.
- Handle, sort, and organize corrugate materials and cardboard.
- Feed materials into equipment and assist with production processes.
- Inspect corrugate materials for quality and defects.
- Remove, stack, and transport finished materials to designated areas.
- Maintain an organized and clean production area.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed.
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or production issues.
- Follow all established safety procedures and operating guidelines.
- Work with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred.
- Experience operating industrial equipment is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift as required.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Must be willing to complete a background check and drug screening as part of the hiring process.
