We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to assist with a temporary call center project lasting approximately 2-3 weeks.
Position Details
- Location: Bowling Green, KY
- Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
- Start Date: December 4, 2026
- Assignment Length: Approximately 2-3 weeks
Job Responsibilities
- Answer and intake incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Accurately document caller information and requests.
- Create and enter service tickets for individuals needing assistance.
- Ensure all information is entered accurately and efficiently.
- Follow established procedures and maintain professionalism throughout each interaction.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer and data entry proficiency.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Dependable attendance and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
IMPORTANT: All selected candidates must successfully complete the full onboarding process prior to starting the assignment. This is required even though the position is temporary.
