Cleaner
- Wednesday-Saturday | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM | $16.00/hour
Job Summary
Malone Staffing is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team at a large distribution center in Chesterfield, OH. We are currently hiring for Warehouse Workers and Cleaners for multiple full-time shifts.
Successful candidates will help maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while supporting daily distribution center operations. We are looking for motivated individuals who take pride in their work, follow instructions, and work well independently or as part of a team.
Warehouse Worker – Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with daily warehouse and distribution center operations.
- Handle, move, and organize materials as assigned.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Work with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals.
Cleaner – Duties & Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain assigned areas according to established standards.
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors.
- Empty trash cans and wastebaskets.
- Clean restrooms and other assigned areas.
- Dust surfaces and maintain general cleanliness.
- Follow safety procedures and cleaning guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Dependable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Ability to follow instructions and workplace safety guidelines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to perform assigned duties in a distribution center environment.
- Previous warehouse or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
