We are seeking a safety-focused and dependable Cherry Picker Forklift Drivers to join our warehouse team. The Cherry Picker Forklift Driver is responsible for operating a cherry picker forklift driver to move, locate, stack, and retrieve inventory in narrow aisle warehouse environments. The ideal candidate has experience operating powered industrial equipment, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Pay and hours:
1st (4:30AM-1PM or 5AM-1:30PM, Mon-Friday) $17.25
2nd shift (1:00PM-9:30PM, Monday-Friday) $17.25
Weekends (5AM-6PM Friday-Sunday) $17.25
3rd shift (8PM-4:30AM, Monday-Friday or Sunday-Thursday) $18.25

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Operate a cherry picker forklift truck safely and efficiently to store and retrieve materials from high-rack locations.
Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials within the warehouse.
Utilize RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), and inventory tracking tools.
Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
Verify product information, quantities, and locations to ensure inventory accuracy.
Follow company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations.
Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Work collaboratively with warehouse associates, supervisors, and other departments.
Meet productivity, quality, and accuracy standards.

Qualifications

Required

High school diploma or GED.
Ability to safely operate a cherry picker forklift truck or willingness to complete training and certification.
Ability to read and understand work instructions and warehouse documents.
Basic math and computer skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Previous cherry picker forklift, or warehouse experience.
Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
OSHA-powered industrial truck certification.
