Position Summary
Malone Workforce Solutions is seeking detail-oriented and dependable Quality Auditors to join our team in Union City, GA. The Quality Auditor will be responsible for inspecting products, identifying quality issues, following established procedures, and ensuring work meets company standards and specifications.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent observation skills, and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Available Shifts
1st Shift
- Pay: $16.25 per hour
- Schedule: Monday-Friday (Overtime)
- Current Hours: 5:00 AM-2:30 PM
- Immediate Openings
3rd Shift
- Pay: $17.00 per hour
- Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday (Overtime)
- Hours: 9:00 PM-5:30 AM
- Immediate Openings
Essential Responsibilities
- Inspect products and materials to ensure they meet established quality standards and specifications.
- Identify, document, and report defects, discrepancies, or quality concerns.
- Perform detailed visual inspections and quality checks.
- Follow established inspection procedures, work instructions, and quality guidelines.
- Maintain accurate inspection and quality records.
- Communicate quality concerns to supervisors and appropriate team members.
- Help identify recurring quality issues and bring them to management's attention.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Meet established productivity, accuracy, and quality expectations.
- Follow all company safety, security, and worksite policies.

Hiring & Worksite Requirements
- National background check required.
- No felony convictions.
- No drug screening is required for this position.
- Must provide acceptable documentation establishing U.S. citizenship/work authorization (such as a U.S. Passport or Birth Certificate) and complete the required E-Verify process.
- Steel-toe shoes are required.
- Required uniform: Black shirt and black pants.
- Cell phones are not permitted on the work floor.
Work Environment
This position is performed in a warehouse/production environment and may require extended periods of standing, walking, and performing repetitive inspection activities. Employees are expected to follow all safety procedures and maintain consistent quality and productivity standards.
