Malone Workforce Solutions is hiring Production Associates in Ruffs Dale, PA. This position involves inspecting, preparing, and processing industrial cylinders in a fast-paced production environment.

Production Associate Highlights:

Pay: $18.35 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
Overtime expected

Production Associate Job Responsibilities:

Inspect cylinders to ensure quality standards are consistently met
Load filled cylinders onto trucks for outgoing shipments
Support production goals while maintaining quality and efficiency

Production Associate Job Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
Basic mechanical aptitude
Willingness to learn new skills and processes
Ability to stand and walk for 8-12 hours per day
Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
