Job Duties:

Inspect PCBs under a microscope for defects and damaged parts.
Check solder joints, components, and board assembly for quality.
Follow IPC-A-610 guidelines and company inspection procedures.
Identify and report problems found during inspection.
Keep track of inspection results and complete required paperwork.
Work with the production and quality teams when issues are found.
Make sure inspected products meet quality requirements before moving to the next step.
Keep the work area clean and organized.
Follow all safety and company procedures.

Requirements:

Experience inspecting PCBs or working in electronics manufacturing is helpful.
Comfortable working with a microscope.
Basic knowledge of IPC-A-610.
Good attention to detail.
Able to spot small defects and differences in components and soldering.
Able to follow instructions and work carefully.
Comfortable doing detailed, repetitive work.
Able to work independently and with a team.
