Malone is hiring dependable team members for multiple positions supporting cleaning, facility maintenance, recycling, and waste management operations at a distribution/fulfillment center in McCordsville, Indiana.
We are currently hiring for Cleaners, Corrugate Technicians, and Floor Technicians across several shifts.
Pay Rate: $15.25 per hour

Job Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain buildings and facilities.
- Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machines, and equipment.
- Follow procedures for the safe and proper use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
- Notify the Manager of any minor or major repairs or additions needed to building operating systems.
- Establish and maintain effective communication and professional working relationships with clients, coworkers, shift coordinators, supervisors, and managers.
- Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, clients, and regulatory authorities.
- Move cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates, and equipment to clean areas manually or with hand trucks.
- Clean interior partition glass, windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate cleaning solutions, sponges, and squeegees.
- Wash and replace blinds as needed.
- Gather and empty trash.
- Wipe and clean tabletops, chairs, and equipment in food areas.
- Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
- Break down and recycle cardboard in the assigned area for disposal.
- Operate balers, augers, and trash compactors as assigned.
- Sweep floors and support the cleaning team.
- Empty trash and wood bins throughout the distribution center.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
