Location: Elk Grove Village, IL
Pay: $18.50
Type: Temp-to-Hire
2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 2:15 PM – 10:45 PM

We’re hiring reliable and experienced Machine Operators for a well-established company in Elk Grove Village, IL. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential. Qualified candidates will be interviewed by the onsite supervisors prior to placement.

1 year of combined previous experience with proven knowledge of operating converting machinery within a fast-paced environment.
Ability to train to operate converting machinery to meet and exceed daily quotas.
Perform machine setups to start a production cycle and run all pieces of mechanical equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Equipment includes, but is not limited to:
- - Rewinder
  - Slitter
  - Builder Board machine
  - Sealers
  - Bagger
  - Bailers
  - Platform ladder
  - Chop saw
  - Pallet jack
  - Shrink-wrap machine
  - Air compressor
Compile the necessary raw materials, ensure appropriate portions/measurements and place them in the machine as specified.
Ensure proper operation of machinery during cycle run including print quality.
