Full-Time Merchandiser

Please note: This position requires flexibility to work the full scheduled shift until all assigned merchandising duties are completed.
Route Coverage
The merchandiser will service stores throughout:
- West Chester, PA
- Exton, PA
- Kennett Square, PA
- Downingtown, PA
- Parkesburg, PA
- West Grove, PA
- Oxford, PA
Position Overview
The Full-Time Merchandiser (FTM) is responsible for ensuring Red Bull products are properly stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated in both large- and small-format stores.
The primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service while servicing assigned locations in a safe, productive, and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
- Rotate Red Bull products from back stock to shelves, displays, and cold vault locations.
- Review product code dates while servicing each customer.
- Remove dented, dirty, damaged, or out-of-code products from shelves, displays, and cold vaults.
- Ensure all Red Bull products are stocked according to shelf schematics in both chain and independent stores.
- Keep cold equipment, racks, and other point-of-sale materials clean, current, organized, and presented in a premium manner.
Customer Communication
- Notify the appropriate Account Manager regarding products that are dented, damaged, out of code, or out of stock.
- Establish and maintain friendly, professional relationships with customers and store personnel.
- Represent the Red Bull brand in a professional manner while servicing assigned accounts.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License.
- Reliable personal vehicle required.
- Valid automobile insurance required.
- Must be willing and able to use your own vehicle to pick up and drop off merchandise as part of the position.
- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
- Ability to work the assigned schedule, including early morning start times.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Professional and dependable work ethic.
- English proficiency required; additional languages are a plus.
- Previous merchandising experience is a plus but not required.
