Warehouse Loader
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 12:00 PM-6:00 PM
We’re looking for a dependable Warehouse Loader to join our team in Indianapolis. In this role, you’ll help keep warehouse operations running smoothly by loading trucks, managing product, maintaining inventory accuracy, and keeping the facility clean and organized.
What You’ll Do
- Load trucks with products according to company standards and Account Manager requests.
- Verify that trucks are loaded accurately and efficiently.
- Rotate products in the warehouse and on trucks based on expiration dates.
- Clean and repackage products according to established standards.
- Properly dispose of damaged or out-of-code products with management approval.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse by removing trash, sweeping floors, and using floor-cleaning equipment as needed.
- Follow all warehouse safety and operational procedures.
What You’ll Need
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Current driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
- Ability to regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to work safely around moving equipment and varying environmental conditions.
