Schedule
- Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM-12:00 PM
What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll keep housing units safe, comfortable, and move-in ready. Your day-to-day includes:
- Making plumbing repairs, including fixtures, drains, water heaters, and more
- Installing and maintaining HVAC equipment
- Handling carpentry work such as doors, windows, cabinets, floors, and roofs
- Completing electrical repairs
- Maintaining building interiors and exteriors
- Repairing household appliances and equipment
- Performing code-compliant work that meets NSPIRE standards
- Responding to emergency calls as needed
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or three to six months related experience and/or training
- General knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work
- HVAC experience preferred
- A valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50-100 lbs
- Dependable, hands-on, and ready to work
