Quality Control Technician
Details:
- Pay: $21-$23 per hour, depending on exp
- Location: Georgetown, KY (40324)
- Shift: 3rd Shift, Sunday-Thursday, 630pm-5am

Summary:
The Quality Control Technician will assist with product testing, inspections, documentation, and quality processes to help ensure products meet internal and customer specifications while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Accountabilities:
- Promote a safe work environment with zero injuries or health risks
- Report unsafe conditions, incidents, or near misses promptly
- Participate in safety meetings and trainings
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in support of plant 5S initiatives
- Perform routine quality inspections and testing on company products and raw materials
- Document test results, measurements, and inspection data accurately
- Assist with identifying and segregating non-conforming materials or products
- Support Quality Investigations, material trials, and continuous improvement activities
- Work Closely with production teams to help resolve quality-related concerns
- Ensure products meet company quality standards and customer specifications
- Maintain quality records and documentation
- Collaborate and support ISO quality system activities and internal audits as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience
- Prior quality inspection or testing experience
- Experience using measuring tools or inspection equipment
- Familiarity with quality documentation or reporting processes
Must-Have Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Basic computer skills including MS Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work within a manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
