NOW HIRING – MACHINE OPERATOR/SINICO – 2ND SHIFT
Location: Geneva, IL
Pay: $20.00 or higher DOE
2nd Shift – Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
We're hiring a reliable and experienced Sinico Machine Operator for a well-established company in Geneva, IL. This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity with long-term potential. Qualified candidates will be interviewed by the onsite supervisors prior to placement.
Objective: Perform duties to operate, set-up and troubleshoot Sinico machinery.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Independently set up, operate, and troubleshoot Sinico machines.
- Maintain inventory control for all tooling.
- Complete any necessary tooling changes.
- Help train and assist operators as required.
- Move, load and unload products.
- Maintain quality of production using SPC methods at all machines.
- Perform necessary recordkeeping and paperwork.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on machines as required.
- Participate in team problem solving as part of the departmental continuous improvement process.
Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education,
- Training, and/or experience that provides the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience and training on manufacturing machine operation is a plus.
