NOW HIRING – LAMINATOR OPERATOR – 3^RD Shift
Location: Elk Grove Village, IL
Hours 5:45 PM to 6:15 AM – Continental Work Schedule 2/2/3 – (off every other weekend, Fri, Sat, and Sun)
Pay: $23.74/Hour

• Week 1: Work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days.
• Week 2: Off 2 days, work 2 days, off 3 days.
• Repeat

We’re hiring A reliable and experienced Laminator Operator for a well-established company in Elk Grove Village, IL. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential. Qualified candidates will be interviewed by the onsite supervisors prior to placement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist Laminator Operator I and/or II on following SOP’s
• Help Laminator Operator I & II process materials according to work instructions
• Mix adhesive according to formulas.
• Check first piece conformance to specifications.
• Set up and operate Lathe Machine according Lathe Machine Operating Procedures when needed.
• Job order interpretation
• Maintain cleanliness of machines/equipment and adjacent work area to SQF standard.
• Report quality issues to Laminator Operator I and/or manager, supervisor, group leader for analysis and/or

Requirements:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent job experience
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Mechanical Aptitude,
• Data Input,
• Knowledge of Tape Measure & Ruler /Metric-Standard
• Experience in a high-paced manufacturing setting is preferred.
• Must be able to work 12 hours
