Malone Workforce Solutions is currently hiring Production Associates for a growing manufacturing facility! Positions may include Dumper, Packer, or Inspector based on production needs.
Pay:
- $14.00/hour
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday
- Shift options:
- 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Mandatory overtime may be required, including occasional weekends.
Job Duties
Production Associates may be assigned to one of the following roles:
- Dumper: Load and unload materials while maintaining a safe and efficient workflow.
- Packer: Package finished products according to company standards and prepare items for shipment.
- Inspector: Visually inspect products for quality and identify defects to ensure customer specifications are met.
Requirements
- Manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to safety and quality.
