Malone Workforce Solutions is currently hiring Quality Inspectors for a growing manufacturing facility!
Pay:
- $14.00/hour to start
- Earn $16.00-$18.00/hour after demonstrating your skills and performance!
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday
- Shift options:
- 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Mandatory overtime may be required, including occasional weekends.
Job Duties
Quality Inspectors are responsible for ensuring that glass bottle designs, production processes, finished products, and packaging solutions meet company quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform inspections and testing throughout the production process.
- Conduct operational quality checks on products and packaging.
- Ensure quality assurance standards are consistently met.
- Identify, document, and report product defects.
- Follow company quality procedures and compliance requirements.
- Work closely with production teams to maintain product quality and improve processes.
Skills Needed
- Keen attention to detail and precision.
- Strong safety awareness.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Familiarity with quality control methods and inspection tools.
- Ability to work overtime and rotating schedules as needed.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic.
Work Environment
- Fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Exposure to glass products and production machinery.
- Team-oriented and safety-conscious workplace.
Requirements:
- Manufacturing or quality inspection experience is a plus.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a production environment.
