Now Hiring: Warehouse Associate / Machine Operator – Bolingbrook, IL
Location: Bolingbrook, IL
Pay: $16.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)
Immediate start!!!
Earn up to $18.00/hour!
- Start at $16.00/hour
- $17.00/hour after completing training and meeting attendance standards
- $18.00/hour upon permanent hire
We are looking for dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associates to join our growing team. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with opportunities for growth and increased pay based on performance and attendance.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform basic machine operation by loading and unloading parts
- Load automotive shock absorbers into production equipment
- Pick and organize products for customer orders
- Inspect parts for quality, checking for damage or defects
- Pack products securely for shipment using proper packaging materials
- Apply shipping labels and packing documentation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, machine operation, picker/packer, or material handling experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
