We're hiring dependable Manufacturing Cleaning Team Members to help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient paint shop environment. In this role, you'll clean manufacturing equipment, robots, and work areas while supporting daily production operations. No previous experience is required–paid; hands-on training is provided.

Weekly pay while working for Malone
Pay:
- Monday – Friday- 1st shift: $18/hr.
- Monday – Friday – 2nd shift : $18.25/hr
- Friday – Tuesday- 1st shift: $18/hr.
- Friday – Tuesday- 2nd shift: $18.25/hr
- Friday – Tuesday- 3rd shift: $18.50/hr
Job Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain paint shop equipment and robotic systems
- Lock out equipment before performing cleaning tasks
- Remove slag, debris, and buildup from machinery
- Chip, grind, scrape, and clean equipment using hand tools
- Sweep, mop, and wipe down work areas using approved cleaning products
- Clean robot tip formers and other production equipment
- Perform additional cleaning tasks as assigned to support production

- Comfortable performing physical work in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and move throughout the shift
