Malone Solutions is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodial / Facilities Support Associate to help maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment within commercial, healthcare, educational, and other client facilities. The successful candidate will perform general cleaning duties and provide light support services as needed.
Location: Winters, CA
Pay Rate: $20.49 per hour
Schedule
First Day: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Regular Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize restrooms
- Clean classrooms, laboratories, hallways, and common areas
- Remove trash and recyclables
- Vacuum carpets and floor surfaces
- Wipe and disinfect surfaces
- Remove cobwebs and dust as needed
- Mop and maintain floors
- Perform general housekeeping and facility upkeep tasks
- Provide light kitchen support during lunch service
- Complete other assigned duties as directed by management
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical cleaning duties throughout the shift
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow safety and cleaning procedures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Additional Requirements
- Completion of additional paperwork required to obtain facility badge access
- Ability to work in various locations throughout the client’s premises
- In-person interview required
