Malone Workforce Solutions is seeking motivated Production Operators for a leading automotive manufacturing facility in Harrison Township. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering steady hours, career growth, and the chance to join a team that values quality, safety, and teamwork.
Pay: $17.25 per hour
1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Production needs may require overtime, including shifts up to 12 hours.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Participate in daily team meetings and production start-ups
- Assemble automotive components according to quality standards
- Follow work instructions and production procedures
- Inspect parts and identify quality concerns
- Communicate production issues to supervisors and team leads
- Move materials and components throughout the production area
- Use hand tools, power tools, rivets, clips, adhesives, and assembly equipment
- Load and unload production machinery
- Apply labels, trim materials, and gaskets accurately
- Package finished products for shipment
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
What We’re Looking For
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Automotive manufacturing experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Team player with good communication skills
- Flexible to work overtime when needed
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Frequently lift up to 40 pounds
- Perform repetitive bending, twisting, and reaching
- Use hands continuously for assembly and inspection tasks
- Work safely and effectively in a manufacturing environment
