Inventory Control Associate
- National Turnpike Area
- $22.20/hour
- 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm
- Possible overtime until 5:30pm
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Inventory Control Associate to join a fast-paced warehouse team in the National Turnpike area. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate inventory levels, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring materials are stored correctly to support customer demand and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Manage replenishments and inventory movement throughout the warehouse
- Perform and complete cycle counts accurately and efficiently
- Research, reconcile, and resolve inventory discrepancies and NIL issues in real time
- Maintain item and material master accuracy
- Identify operational irregularities that may create inventory issues
- Assist with process audits and inventory control procedures
- Research and resolve problem parts in designated inventory areas
- Provide timely reporting on inventory metrics and KPIs
- Support continuous improvement and 5S initiatives
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
Requirements:
- Previous inventory control, warehouse, or logistics experience required
- Cherry picker and reach truck experience required
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable standing for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment
