Schedule: Full-time, 9-5 with weekend availability required
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to support our on-site laundry operations. This role involves the washing, drying, folding, and storage of linens, towels, and other textiles, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and timely delivery to guests or departments. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a clean work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Sort linens, towels, and clothing by color, size, and material for proper washing.

Wash, dry, press, and fold all textiles using commercial laundry equipment following sanitization protocols.

Remove stains and perform minor sewing duties as needed.

Create laundry tags with customer or guest information.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry room and equipment.

Stock and maintain supplies such as detergent, bleach, fabric softener, and laundry bags.

Track inventory of detergents, sewing kits, and linens; report shortages or damages.

Respond to guest or department requests for additional linens or laundry services.

Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Assist in unloading deliveries and transporting clean/dirty laundry as needed.
Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma or equivalent (advantageous).

Prior experience in laundry, housekeeping, or hospitality preferred.

Knowledge of cleaning agents and laundry equipment.

Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 20 pounds, and work in a physically demanding environment.

Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills

Willingness to work weekends and flexible shifts
