Now Hiring: Electronic Assemblers – 1st Shift
Location: Aurora, IL
Pay: $17.00–$19.00/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
We’re looking for hands-on, detail-oriented Assemblers with manufacturing experience to join a fast-paced production team in Aurora. This is a great opportunity to build your skills and transition into a long-term role with a growing company.

Assembler Responsibilities:
- Assemble electronic components using samples or schematics
- Enter production data into computer systems
- Perform visual inspections of completed units
- Package finished products for shipment
- Use hand tools such as wire strippers, exacto knives, calipers, and RF scanners
Assembler Requirements:
- At least 1 year of electronic production/assembly experience
- Ability to read and interpret schematics
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with hand soldering required
