Job Responsibilities
- Take and prepare patient meal orders with accuracy and care
- Assemble food trays and meal carts for delivery
- Deliver food and beverages directly to patient rooms
- Provide excellent customer service while building positive rapport with patients and guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout cafeteria and food service areas
- Restock supplies and assist with daily food service operations as needed
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or food service experience preferred
- ServSafe certification is a plus, but not required
- GED or High School Diploma preferred
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
