Malone Workforce Solutions is hiring an Office Manager in Louisville, KY for Sweep All. This role focuses on accounting administration, payroll coordination, and general office management in a small two-person office.
Office Manager Highlights:

Office Manager Job Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting functions using QuickBooks Desktop
-
Process invoicing, accounts payable, and basic financial tracking
-
Coordinate payroll processing through ADP, including managing handwritten employee timesheets

Track company finances and maintain accurate records within QuickBooks
-
Handle general office administration including scheduling and phone support
-
Assist with internal coordination and communication within the office

Provide occasional support with HR-related tasks as needed
Office Manager Job Qualifications:

Strong experience using QuickBooks Desktop required
-
HR experience is a strong plus

Strong organizational and time management skills
-
Comfortable working independently in a small office environment

Professional communication and phone skills
