Janitorial / Commercial Cleaner – Full-Time & Weekend Shifts Available

Looking for steady work with consistent hours and immediate openings? Malone Workforce Solutions is now hiring multiple Commercial Cleaners / Janitorial Associates for a professional facility in the Hayesville, NC area.

Available Shifts:

2 Positions: Monday-Friday | 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM
1 Position: Monday-Friday | 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
1 Position: Friday-Sunday | 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM
1 Position: Friday-Sunday | 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:

Perform general janitorial and custodial cleaning duties
Vacuum, sweep, and mop carpets and hard surface floors
Clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas
Dust furniture, vents, blinds, light fixtures, and surfaces
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
Clean windows and interior glass
Maintain overall cleanliness and safety of assigned areas
Complete additional duties as assigned by supervisor

Assigned areas may include commercial buildings, industrial facilities, or other professional environments.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in janitorial, housekeeping, custodial, or commercial cleaning preferred
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Comfortable performing physical tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
Flexible and willing to complete all assigned cleaning tasks
