Malone Workforce Solutions is hiring a Bilingual Assistant Production Supervisor for a well-established manufacturing facility in Jeffersontown, KY. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with bilingual (Spanish/English) skills and production experience who is ready to support operations and lead by example.

Bilingual Assistant Production Supervisor Highlights:

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour (based on experience)
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday 6am-430pm
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday 4pm-330am (Must be able to train on 1st shift for approximately 1 month)

Bilingual Assistant Production Supervisor Job Responsibilities:

Actively perform production labor tasks as needed across departments
Assist the Production Supervisor in executing daily schedules and ensuring workflow efficiency
Provide leadership and direction to production team members
Monitor compliance with product quality standards, food safety (HACCP/CCPs), sanitation, and company policies
Help implement improvement initiatives and coach team members on the floor
Communicate clearly with both English- and Spanish-speaking team members
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely

Bilingual Assistant Production Supervisor Qualifications:

Must be bilingual (Spanish/English) with strong verbal and written communication in both languages
Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience (food production preferred)
Leadership experience strongly preferred
High school diploma or GED preferred
Basic math skills and reasoning ability to follow instructions and solve problems
Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs occasionally)
