Job Title: Distillery Tour Guide
Job Summary
The Distillery Tour Guide is responsible for delivering engaging, informative, and memorable tour experiences for guests. This role serves as a brand ambassador, educating visitors on the distillery’s history, production process, and products while providing excellent customer service in a welcoming and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

Lead guided tours of the distillery, explaining the history, craftsmanship, and production process in an engaging and approachable way

Educate guests on the distillery’s spirits, ingredients, and tasting notes

Facilitate tastings in compliance with all local and state alcohol regulations

Answer guest questions and tailor tours to various audience types and knowledge levels

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized tour and tasting area

Represent the brand positively and consistently through professional appearance and communication

Assist with gift shop sales, merchandise, and point-of-sale transactions as needed

Monitor guest behavior to ensure a safe and responsible tasting environment

Support special events, private tours, and promotional activities as assigned
Qualifications

Strong communication and storytelling skills

Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality

Ability to speak confidently in front of groups of varying sizes

Interest in spirits, distillation, or craft beverages (experience a plus, not required)

Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment

Must meet legal age requirements to serve alcohol
Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
-
Comfortable working around production equipment and in varying temperatures
