Support Team Assistant Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person and direct customers to appropriate departments and provide timely follow-up

Monitor customer order statuses, communicate with vendors, and provide updates

Handle lost, delayed, or incorrect orders and resolve issues with vendors and customers

Process vendor invoices, confirmations, and shipping records

Conduct credit checks and process payments
-
Maintain accurate records in internal systems and provide backup for team members as needed
Support Team Assistant Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent
-
Experience:
-
1-3 years of data entry, customer service, or administrative experience
-
Previous office environment experience preferred
-
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong typing skills (50+ WPM)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with NetSuite preferred (not required)
