Support Team Assistant Responsibilities
-
Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
-
Direct customers to appropriate departments and provide timely follow-up

Manage and triage various support inboxes
-
Monitor customer order statuses, communicate with vendors, and provide updates
-
Handle lost, delayed, or incorrect orders and resolve issues with vendors and customers
-
Process vendor invoices, confirmations, and shipping records
-
Conduct credit checks and process payments
-
Maintain accurate records in internal systems and provide backup for team members as needed
-
Provide exceptional internal and external customer service in a fast-paced environment
Support Team Assistant Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent
-
Experience:
-
1-3 years of data entry, customer service, or administrative experience
-
Previous office environment experience preferred
-

Skills:
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong typing skills (50+ WPM)
-
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Must be dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented

Experience with NetSuite preferred (not required)
