Job Description:	The position follows standard work instructions and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible. *3rd Shift is 11:30 pm start to 8:00 am with 1/2 hour for lunch* Essential Functions: Monitor heat treat operations Complete hardness tests Off load parts when necessary Equipment and Hand Tools operated: Heat treat Hardness checker Air buffer Gorbel Crane
Skills/Experience:	Education and Aptitudes: High School Diploma or GED required Consider reading, writing, and math Motor coordination Eye-hand-foot coordination Color discrimination/distinction
Required Skills:	No carpooling, must have their own car and must have a valid Driver's License No difficulty or physical restriction that would prevent candidate from lifting 60 lbs repeatedly.
Desired Skills:	No job hopping, need steady manufacturing employment
