    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a Member Services Coordinator (MSC) to join our team. The MSC plays a key role in providing outstanding customer service to association members and ensuring the efficient operation of the front office. This position involves a variety of administrative and support tasks and serves as a central point of contact for members. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities while promoting a professional image for the association.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain calendars for association, committees, and staff.
    • Handle files, records, and office documentation.
    • Design and distribute forms, flyers, and meeting/event notices.
    • Manage lockbox inventory and assist with MLS inquiries and issues.
    • Provide excellent service by answering phones, assisting members, and addressing concerns promptly.
    • Attend committee meetings, prepare minutes, agendas, and notifications.
    • Greet and assist walk-in customers and direct them appropriately.
    • Communicate with members via email and maintain the association’s Facebook page and website.
    • Prepare and distribute the weekly newsletter.
    • Assist with general membership meetings, events, and education classes.
    • Support onboarding of new members and new member orientation.
    • Ensure compliance and knowledge of association bylaws, rules, and MLS regulations.
    • Run office errands and complete other tasks as assigned by the Association Executive.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in administrative support or customer service roles preferred.
    • Strong communication and organizational skills.
    • Comfortable using email and social media for professional communication.
    • Basic knowledge of MLS systems or willingness to learn.
    • Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team.
    • Professional, friendly, and member-focused demeanor.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft office
