Malone is hiring for a warehouse associate at a leading distribution center in the area! We are seeking a full-time warehouse associate to support daily operations at a distribution center. Responsibilities including, but not limited to, unloading, receiving, order fulfillment, shipping, and assisting with inventory management. The ideal applicant must be dependable, hardworking, and attentive to detail.
Warehouse Associate Responsibilities:
- Receives, sorts, and unloads all incoming mail, packages, and materials.
- Inspect shipments for damage or defects; records discrepancies or damages and notifies the manager and/or purchasing staff.
- Sorts and organizes received products on shelves, bins, or container areas based on predetermined assignments.
- Ensures the warehouse is accessible, clean, organized, and safe.
- Packs and prepares products for events and races.
- Regularly transports inventory (up to 50 lbs.)
- Adheres to established departmental policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Warehouse Associate Requirements:
- Well-organized with strong multitasking skills, effective time management, and a keen attention to detail.
- Detail-oriented self-starter skilled at prioritizing projects, working within tight deadlines, and meeting time constraints.
- Must be able to understand both written and verbal directions.
- Experience in a high-volume warehouse or distribution center is a plus.
- Willing to submit to a drug screen and background check.
Shift: M-F 7:00AM to 3:30PM. Pay is $18-$21 per hour depending on experience.
