Malone Solutions is recruiting for a Part time Office Administrative Assistant for one of our clients in the Columbus area. Must have a resume to be considered.

Shift/Hours: 1st shift must be flexible roughly 20 hours a week
Position type: Contract/Indefinite
Pay: $20.00
Description:
Office / administrative data entry in professional office environment
Employee will review dealer work orders and enter data from PDF documents into SAP ERP.
Employee will use Salesforce CRM to obtain / verify customer e-mail addresses.
Employee will have regular contact via e-mail and phone with the client dealership contacts to obtain required information that may be missing from work orders.
- Skills required:
Data entry
- Microsoft Excel basic user experience
Preferred:
- SAP ERP basic user experience
- Sales Force CRM basic experience
- Agricultural equipment familiarity
- Ability to read and understand equipment service work orders
Total Workload Estimate:
Expected 1700 rebates throughout the year X 20 minutes per rebate + (50% of the rebates require an additional 20 minutes of follow up) = appr. 850 – 1,000 person/hours
