We are looking for a dedicated and safety-focused Maintainer Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of multiple pieces of equipment, from basic to complex, and plays a critical role in maintaining product quality, equipment performance, and overall operational flow. Maintainer Responsibilities
- Weekly pay every Friday
- Pay is $24.50 plus shift differential between the hours of 6pm-6am $1.50.
- Operate multiple manufacturing machines, from simple to complex, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Set up and prepare equipment for production start-up to ensure smooth operation.
- Monitor and adjust line speeds, production rates, and batch formulas to maintain high product quality and consistency.
- Start, stop, and control equipment as needed for safe and efficient production.
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance on machinery; assist the maintenance team as needed.
Maintainer Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must submit to a drug test and background check
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or equipment operator role
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Basic computer and documentation skills
