Regional Sales & Operations Manager – Direct Hire | On-site in Rochester (Pittsford), NY

Position Highlights

Direct Hire / Full-time / On-site – Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Base Salary: $80K-$85K (based on experience) + commissions & annual bonus ($15K-$25K realistic first-year)

Essential Purpose of the Role
The Regional Sales & Operations Manager leads the day-to-day operational activities of the Rochester, NY Support Center to achieve maximum profitability. You will serve as the primary sales driver for the region while overseeing operational functions, managing a talented local team, and ensuring alignment with the company’s vision, mission, and values.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing team (sales & operations staff) to exceed company goals

Drive hunter sales efforts – cold calling, lead generation, and closing new business

Manage multiple departments, balancing sales initiatives with operational excellence

Mentor, coach, and inspire team members to peak performance

Represent the company to prospective franchise owners and customers

Implement company objectives and maintain a culture of integrity, collaboration, and success

Travel as required to annual meetings, quarterly trainings, and other business events
Required Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of sales management experience

Proven hunter sales track record, including cold calling and new business development

Experience leading multiple functions (Sales & Operations)

Strong people leadership and mentoring skills

CRM experience

Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Action-oriented with a strong drive for results and follow-through

High level of ethics and integrity
Preferred Experience

Previous P&L management experience

Experience in the janitorial, franchising, or service industry (a plus)

Regional business planning experience
