Nursing Positions for Homecare- $35+/hr.

PRN Nursing Positions- LPN/RN for Homecare
- Initiate appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures.
- Administer medications and treatments as instructed by physician/s.
- Provide direct patient care.
- Coordinate with patients and families to meet nursing needs.
- Provide health care as appropriate per assessment and plan of care.
- Prepare clinical notes and update physicians as necessary.
- Communicate with the Nursing Manager regarding patient needs and any changes in patient condition.
Position Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with 1-2 years of experience.
- Current RN/LPN license in good standing.
- Current CPR certification.
- Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, basic math skills; nursing skills per competency checklist.
- Ability to work independently and respond quickly to patient needs.
- Current negative TB test or chest X-ray.
- Must pass drug screen and background check
