Production Supervisor Responsibilities:

Lead and train warehouse team lead
Enforce operational and safety procedures
Oversee daily pick and pack production
Drive performance and meet production goals
Coach and manage team for results

Production Supervisor Requirements:

2+ years in warehouse supervision
Strong leadership and motivational skills
Hands-on experience with warehouse ops & process efficiency
Willing to submit to a drug test and background check
Being bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
